provision to approve NPPV (Non-Police Personnel Vetting) for all individuals located in MSCF. Both Cumbria Police and CNC are to be residents within the new MSCF. Both organisations have insisted that anyone with potential access to Police information must be covered by an NPPV clearance. All third party "Contractors" NPPV clearances are solely conducted by Warwickshire Police at a National level.
