Tender description

Transport for London (TfL) has a requirement to procure a single Service Provider to provide Speed Awareness Courses. The aim of this contract is to ensure the delivery of reliable, consistent Speed Awareness Courses whilst guaranteeing value for money. The initial term of the contract will be three (3) years with an option, exercisable at TfL's sole discretion, to extend the duration of the Contract for a further period or periods up to a total of two (2) years. Lot 1: Transport for London (TfL) has a requirement to procure one Service Provider to provide Speed Awareness Courses. The aim of this contract is to ensure the delivery of reliable, consistent Speed Awareness Courses whilst guaranteeing value for money. The initial term of the contract will be three (3) years with an option, exercisable at TfL’s sole discretion, to extend the duration of the Contract for a further period or periods up to a total of two (2) years. The Authority requires a Service Provider who holds a full or provisional UK Road Offender Education (UKROEd) Provider Licence along with trainers that hold full and or provisional UKROEd Trainer Licences to deliver NDORS speed awareness courses which will contribute towards safer communities by increasing participants’ intention to drive at an appropriate speed within the speed limit, reducing speed related collisions.
