arnród Éireann requires the services of competent contractors for the supply and installation of new mechanical and electrical systems as well as the upgrade, renewal and replacement of certain mechanical and electrical systems and assets. Iarnród Éireann seeks to establish a multi-party framework agreement for these purposes. The Framework Agreement will be divided into four lots as follows: Electrical Mechanical Fire Systems CCTV and Security Systems Lot 1: Lot 1 - Electrical Iarnród Éireann requires the services of competent contractors for the supply and installation of new electrical systems as well as the upgrade, renewal and replacement of certain electrical systems and assets. E.g. a lighting Installation at a train station or an upgrade of electrical infrastructure in Iarnród Éireann property. During the term of this framework agreement, works packages will be subject to mini tender competitions. Each Contract which will be awarded on the Framework Agreement will be for an individual project. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Mechanical Iarnród Éireann requires the services of competent contractors for the supply and installation of new mechanical systems as well as the upgrade, renewal and replacement of certain mechanical systems and assets. E.g. replacement of heating systems During the term of this framework agreement, works packages will be subject to mini tender competitions. Each Contract which will be awarded on the Framework Agreement will be for an individual project. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Fire Iarnród Éireann requires the services of competent contractors for the supply and installation of new fire systems as well as the upgrade, renewal and replacement of certain fire systems and assets. During the term of this framework agreement, works packages will be subject to mini tender competitions. Each Contract which will be awarded on the Framework Agreement will be for an individual project. Lot 4: Lot 4 - CCTV Iarnród Éireann requires the services of competent contractors for the supply and installation of new CCTV and security systems as well as the upgrade, renewal and replacement of certain CCTV and security systems and assets. E.g. installation of depot protection systems and station monitoring systems During the term of this framework agreement, works packages will be subject to mini tender competitions. Each Contract which will be awarded on the Framework Agreement will be for an individual project.
