Development and Design Services relating to the SPEED FLEXOR Product

SPORTSLABDATA are sports performance facilitators. This means we assist individual Athletes, or Coaches and their existing strength and conditioning/sports science team, in increasing athletic performance, increasing actual playing time and predicting and avoiding injury and the consequential rehab or medical costs that follow. Suitably qualified and experienced designers / contractors are requested by open invitation to submit tenders regarding the provision of Development and Design Services relating to the SPEED FLEXOR Product. The winning bidder will deliver a feasibility project for the re-design and relaunch of the SPEED FLEXOR product. The promoter’s intention for this work relates to multiple facets of the product. In its current form the SPEED FLEXOR product is overly large, non-portable, analogue in measurement and without data connections. The product development exercise will deliver a product which will be aesthetically pleasing, portable, ergonomic, digitised and be connective (in data terms). This data is currently read manually from the instrument. It is envisaged that this be digitised, and the resulting digital data fed into an App which will not only recommend a corrective program, but also guide the athlete through the process. Upon completion of this work, it is envisaged that a prototype product will be available, which will be at a sufficient stage of development such as to enable the product to be brought forward to be utilised for market research in terms of appeal, performance, usefulness and cost (in terms of mass manufacture).
