Universal Adapter Multi-Use

Tender description

This contract is to universal adapter multi-use functionality to enable two Wheatley group systems to integrate with one another. The aim of this project is to introduce a robust integration service that will gather repairs information from all the organisations and systems that make up the Wheatley Group and pass a filtered set of information on to repairs management systems so that the customer can be kept updated. The main companies involved in carrying out repairs are: -City Building (CB) -Dunedin Canmore (DC) -Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership (DGHP) Each company has its own systems and its own infrastructure. The integration service will gather information from different systems depending on the status of the repair and the nature of the update.
