To provide some immediate support to provide short term capacity. To review the current BI skills, capabilities, processes and infrastructure alongside the needs of the organisation and made recommendations for an immediate stabilisation and improvement plan - this focuses on out clinical and operational data. 3. To lead the development of a BI strategy to create the longer term vision for business intelligence, utilising our data to become a first class enabler to the organisation and set out a road map of what it would take to achieve this. This will expand out of clinical and operational data to include workforce data as a significant additional source of information.
