Tender description

West Dunbartonshire Council (the Council) has a requirement to procure annual maintenance support for its server estate. It is critical that the Council server estate is in maintenance in order to maintain operation stability and comply with all security requirements such as Public Service Network (PSN) compliance, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus. A direct award was carried out against the Scottish Government framework agreement for Server and Infrastructure Maintenance 2019-2021
