NOTE: This notice was updated on 21 September 2022 for the following reason: The closing date has been changed from 12 noon on 23rd September 2022 to 12 noon on 30th September 2022(The remediation works comprise of a series of drainage modifications to the existing drainage network within The Brambles residential estate to remediate existing surface water and foul sewer cross-connections and defects. This is to ensure that storm and surface water flows that presently cause flooding to the existing network no longer discharge into the foul sewer drainage network. The works comprise a series of drainage network modifications, along with the construction of new drainage network infrastructure, to remediate the identified structural and hydraulic issues identified within the network, and to make the foul drainage system eligible for adoption under Section 104 of the Water Industry Act (1991) by the water authority, Dwr Cymru Welsh Water (DCWW). Design and build of a new foul pumping station (to DCWW adoptable standards) All adoptable drainage shall be in accordance with Sewer for Adoption 7th Edition.)
