<p>Worcester City Council is looking to procure one contract with an individual or agency. The successful bidder will be required to work alongside City Council officers to deliver the following: A high-quality professional highlight montage of the event, lasting approx. 2 mins. For widespread share on social media immediately after the event. A high-quality professional film, lasting 10 mins. The film will document all venues and activities to accurately portray the event and potentially include brief interviews with visitors. The film will be shared widely on social media and uploaded to a website. The film needs to be provided as digital and DVD with subtitles. Video and audio editing on both films. Please see attached procurement documents for more information.</p> <p>The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password, allowing them to gain access to the procurement documents.
