Tender description
This process is a Re-Tender of an opportunity first published earlier in 2022 which did not result in a successful outcome. Torbay Council working with the English Riviera Business Improvement District(ERBID) Company would like to stage a high-quality food festival leading to exemplify the wealth of quality food and beverage available in the locality. It is anticipated the event will take place over a weekend in Spring 2023 at Torre Abbey or Torre Abbey Meadows in Torquay. The exact date and location of the festival for each year will be agreed with the authority. The ambition will be to expand the event to other areas of Torbay in future years as the event grows.
