Tender description

QC are looking to procure a multi-trade contractor to undertake reactive and void works over a possible 5 year period. QC have approx 4,400 properties, and undertake approximately 400 voids per annum. Single stage tendering (all bidders may submit a tender) in accordance with Regulation 28 'Open Procedure' of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Selection will be based upon MEAT, utilising a Quality/ Price ratio.
