New Year’s Eve 2022-25 Framework

Event Management Services Lot 1: The GLA requires a single supplier Framework Agreement for New Year's Eve 2022-25 (inclusive); event management services for a duration of four (4) years. This framework allows flexibility in responding to the specific needs and requirements of delivering a world class show for London on New Year’s Eve, in an environment that can often be uncertain or changing. The creative and technical specification for the event in any given year during the term of the framework, will be provided year on year, when the budget has been approved. Additionally, this will allow for lessons learned to be incorporated from the previous year. The specification may be developed further each year by the GLA, in consultation with the Event Producer and consultation with agencies and broadcast partner(s).
