Tender description
Nottingham City Homes formed as an Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO) in April 2005 taking over the responsibility for managing the homes owned by Nottingham City Council. With 26,000 tenancies, 1,000 Leaseholders and over 1,000 employees we are one of the largest ALMO’s in the UK. Nottingham City Homes (NCH) is seeking to appoint a Contractor who will be responsible for the Intruder Alarms, Fire Monitoring and Suppression Maintenance, Service and Repairs of our properties. The suggested contract period will be for 3 years with an option to extend for further 2 years (in 1-year increments) thereafter subject to satisfactory performance reviews.
