GB-Shrewsbury: RQCV 019 - Insolvency Support Services

Tender description

Shropshire Council are looking to contract with an Insolvency Specialist in order to provide expert insolvency advice, and Insolvency Support, for the collection of business rates, council tax and other debt collection services. The Contractor is required to provide insolvency support services to the Council to assist in the reduction of the debts owed to the Council with regard to non-payment of Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rates. The contractor should have experience of dealing with and collecting Local Authority debt. The contract length will be three years with an option to extend a further two years. Tenderers are invited to provide the following information to support their application. i)Proven track record of providing insolvency services to local authorities ii)Their costs associated with providing these services iii)Two references from local authorities they currently work with All quotations must be sent to procurement@shropshire.gov.uk by the closing date of noon 8th September 2022.
