Tender description

• Nottingham City Council (including Nottingham City Homes) operates a large voice network supporting over 6800 telephone handsets. Two main technologies are currently utilised. 1. Centrex services and Business Exchange Lines are utilised in a large number of smaller sized offices with a total of approximately 313 extensions. 2. Cisco Call Manager system is the main voice system and is used at the majority of the Council's city centre offices and supports approximately 6450 telephone users.
