Cooperation Agreement between Members of the COOPANS Alliance

This Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency Notice (VEAT) is published by Irish Aviation Authority on behalf of itself and the following contracting entities/authorities: 1) Austro Control Österreichische Gesellschaft für Zivilluftfahrtmit beschränkter Haftung (ACG), Schnirchgasse 17, 1030 Wien, Austria (AT); 2) Croatia Control Ltd (CCL), Rudolfa Fizira 2, Velika Gorica, Croatia (HR); and 3) Naviair, Naviair Allé 1 2770 Kastrup, Denmark (DK). IAA is publishing this VEAT Notice on behalf of the aforementioned contracting entities/authorities for the purpose of entering into a Cooperation Agreement between , ACG, CCL, IAA and Naviair, and LFV for the provision by LFV of internal resources and cost sharing arrangements, to enable the preparation of the COOPANS Common SWIM Solution to the benefit of all parties to the Cooperation Agreement.
