Tender description

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council wishes to appoint a Consultant to carry out an annual review of the Street Works Permit Scheme to collect data and report to enable the Council to review the pricing structure it has in place for the scheme. The review will be 1st October 2018 - 30th September 2021 to be created upon award of contract and a further one to be carried out 1st October 2021 to 30th September 2024.
