Compartment Fire Behaviour Training (CFBT) Attack Box

Tender description

This specification covers a CFBT Attack Box and will include the supply, delivery to site, off-loading, testing, commissioning, training and maintenance of the systems for a period of 12 months after commissioning. The Supplier should therefore include the cost for the supply, delivery to site, testing, commissioning, training and maintenance for a guaranteed minimum period of one year. This covers from acceptance by the Corps of Engineers, of the following equipment, and described in detail throughout this specification. 1. CFBT Attack Box with removable Burn Box End. Constructed from NEW standard shipping containers with standard modular component parts for roof, access and egress, partitions, vents etc. 2. Thermal monitoring and data logging controls and components will be installed using compliant equipment for use with Squirrel data logger, complete with waterproof containment. 3. All internal Floors will be in fibrous concrete and fire bricks as appropriate. 4. An elevated fuel loading system shall also be supplied and installed. 5. A Removable burn end (separate to the CFBT burn compartment) 6. Service manuals and related documents for each respective lot. 7. A minimum of a year under warranty including visit by Technicians to conduct annual required servicing / maintenance after 12 months following delivery of goods. A standard a twelve month defects liability warranty from the date of handover of the units. This includes all major parts and equipment as supplied. 8. Tools and spare parts for 12 months maintenance and servicing as set out by manufacturer’s instructions. 9. “Train the trainer” training course for members of the Irish Defence Forces in order to enable the Irish Defence Forces to achieve Full Operational Capacity in the deployment of CFBT Attack Box.
