CO0262 Provision of Toxicology Services

Tender description

<p>Where a death occurs within the Essex Jurisdiction and: a) that death is unexpected or violent; or b) the cause of death is not known; or c) the death has occurred in custody, HM Senior Coroner for Essex has a duty to investigate the death. Where such a death occurs, part of this responsibility is to instruct that Post Mortems and forensic testing are undertaken to assist with HM Coroners investigation. The Service Provider shall undertake the various tests upon request by HM Senior Coroner for Essex.</p> <p>The Service Provider shall undertake the following tests upon request by HM Senior Coroner for Essex;</p> <ul> <li>Standard Drug Testing;</li> <li>Alcohol Only Testing;</li> <li>SDT + Alcohol Testing;</li> <li>Full Screening</li> </ul> <p>In addition to the tests listed the Service Provider shall undertake special analytical test.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> Keywords: Blood, Toxicology, Urine, Analytical, Testing
