Tender description
As part of wider plans to improve women and girls safety across Northamptonshire, the OPFCC intend to fund a training package aimed specifically at Taxi and Private Hire Vehicle drivers. The training package will need to incorporate safeguarding, sexual abuse and exploitation awareness which all drivers will be required to complete as part of their licensing conditions. This will also need to include the positive role that Taxi and Private Hire Vehicle drivers can play in spotting and reporting signs of abuse, neglect and concern of vulnerable passengers as well as setting out behavioural standards of the drivers themselves.
