Carlow County Council is proposing to upgrade the Audio Visual, Video Conference and Delegate Conference System, in the existing Council Chamber in County Buildings, Athy Rd, Carlow, to provide current state of the art delegate conference and presentations facilities. This specification covers the standard performance requirements and minimum specification for the equipment, supply, assembly, installation, connecting, testing commissioning, and setting to work of the AV & Delegate Conference System for the Council Chamber by an AV Contractor.
