Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the renewal of kitchens and bathrooms. This contract includes the renewal of 25 kitchens and 71 bathrooms, 2 additional WC’s, 1 Walk in Shower and 1 shower only and 2 full re-wires in a total of 91 properties.These works are being carried out as a result of stock condition surveys which have identified that the kitchens and bathrooms in the affected properties have reached the end of their life cycle.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
