Tender description
The University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) has a requirement for the Provision of Hotel Services at our Ness Walk and Bryden Lodge buildings, which are located in Inverness. Cleaning Services Requirements The scope of cleaning services relates to cleaning which is deemed to be ‘routine’ or ‘on-request’. Examples of which include, but are not limited to: - External cleaning of car park and external ground areas - Reactive cleaning (if requested for spillages) - Routine cleaning - Window cleaning (external) - Window cleaning (internal) Security Services Requirements - Daily lockdowns - Alarm activation - Possible ad-hoc presence for any out of hours maintenance work which can’t take place during normal business hours (please note this is rare). - Room moves (as and when required) - Routine emergency light checks
