Tender description

Installation of all electrical works including lighting small power mains distribution trunking and cabling NOTE: THIS IS A TWO STAGE SUB-CONTRACT TENDER PROCESS INCLUDING DESIGN ELEMENTS - TENDER DOCUMENT “F” DOES NOT APPLY (QUALITY SUBMISSION). The Sub-Contract Works Package (SCWP) comprises the supply of supervision, labour, plant and materials to carry out the Electrical Works Package at Muiredge Industrial Estate, Buckhaven, Leven, KY8 1LJ (CU/556/21) all as described in the accompanying tender documents. The SCWP will be awarded as a FIXED PRICE sub-contract (for the duration of the Main Contract works). The SCWP will be awarded as a RE-MEASURABLE CONTRACT. Estimated SCWP value – 150,000.00 GBP Estimated SCWP start date – As per programme (To be agreed at Pre-award meeting) SCWP period for execution of SCWP work on site – Programme duration is indicative. Any tenderer that feels there are issues with programme durations must highlight this through questions and answers portal. SCWP - MULTIPLE VISITS ARE REQUIRED. Main contract construction period – October 2022 The Main Contract Works (MCW) comprises – SEE ATTACHED DWG’s/SPECIFICATION PLEASE ENSURE ALL QUERIES ARE POSTED THORUGH THE PORTAL FOR CLARITY.
