This requirement is for a suitably qualified Environmental & Energy Consultants to carry out energy assessments of Herefordshire Council's school building portfolio and provide Heat Decarbonisation Plans (HDP). The purpose of an HDP is to describe how the council can replace fossil fuel reliant systems with low carbon alternatives (e.g. Heat Pumps).
