GB-Solihull: EPC Assessments

Tender description

Platform Housing is looking for up to 3 Contractors to deliver 3,000+ EPC per annum. The intention is to award to 3 compliant Contractors based against our 3 geographical areas. The following objectives have been set for this tender process: - Continue to grow the total EPC compliance figure; - Continue to build the knowledge regarding the energy efficiency of our stock; - Provide updated EPCs where sustainability measures have been completed, helping to track the improvements resulting from various retrofit programmes; - Deliver the EPC requirements within the Void process, requirements for a valid EPC against each property which becomes Void, to comply with our legal responsibilities around letting our properties. This potential contract is for a minimum of 3 years with a potential extension year.
