Bridlington Bay Lobster Roadshow 2022

Tender description

During 2021 a key initiative for building public awareness and market testing has been the delivery of a series of seafood cookery demonstrations and taster events, targeting high-footfall venues. We now wish to build upon this success with delivery of at least 6 further specialist seafood events in 2022 providing 'Bridlington Bay' cookery demonstrations and seafood tasting sessions in collaboration with representatives of the local fishing industry and associated project stakeholders. We envisage the successful applicant delivering a food truck/street food- style offer at markets and events complemented by a branded gazebo, portable seating and tables and space for appropriate retailers as required. The offer will be complemented by films and presentations. The successful applicant will be required to work with council officers and existing consultants to ensure that the offer is marketed and delivered in accordance with the Bridlington Bay Lobster Capital of Europe (BBLCE) branding and marketing strategy. The successful applicant will also be required to work with 9 existing Lobster-based recipes
