Tender description

This is a contract for the provision of a student information ("SITS") system for the University of East Anglia ("UEA"). Tribal Education Limited has been providing the service to UEA for a number of years and the proper and uninterrupted functioning of UEA's SITS system is vital to the institution. The current SITS system, provided by Tribal Education Limited, is now running as an unsupported version due to contract expiration. It is therefore paramount that SITS support is obtained, to negate the risk currently borne due to use of an unsupported system. Following market research, UEA is of the opinion that its requirements can only be met by Tribal Education Limited. UEA has therefore contracted with Tribal Education Limited for the support and maintenance of its SITS service to ensure that it receives the latest update from Tribal, to a cloud based system, which will be fully supported to provide operational resilience to UEA for this core service.
