Uniform Softshell Jackets and Microfleeces

The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Yorkshire has tendered for the provision of Softshell Jackets . The resulting Framework will be available to all UK Police Forces, Fire Authorities and other Law Enforcement Agencies. The garments are worn by Police Officers and Staff whilst undertaking operational duties. Lot 1: Uniform Softshell Jackets The Softshell Jacket is worn by Police Officers and Staff whilst undertaking operational duties. The Jacket is worn as part of a layering system over standard police uniform and equipment. It is worn either as the top layer or as an under garment to the outer waterproof coat. Lot 2: Uniform Microfleece Tops The Microfleece top is worn by Police Officers and staff whilst undertaking operational duties. The top is intended to be worn under body armour providing a thin layer between the shirt and body armour. The microfleece top is worn as part a uniform layering system.
