Mobility Lift Servicing - Housing (Leeds)

Tender description

We are looking for a contractor to assist in the delivery of mobility lift servicing in the East and West of the city (Leeds). We have up to 1400 assets (including straight stair lifts, curved stair lifts, through floor lifts, tracking hoists and step lifts) across properties that need to be serviced by 31st March 2023 as part of this contract. Please be aware; the figure is subject to fluctuation due to removals of the assets and assets coming out of warranty and onto the servicing list. If there is internal capacity to deliver the work, the work will be done by our direct workforce. We expect the successful contractor to cover the areas detailed in the checklist as part of there service and included in the tender price. We also expect once the contract commences that small scale repairs such as changing batteries whilst on site is undertaken and variations to cost submitted and larger repairs to be referred back to us. The successful contractor will also use our sub-contractor portal to update works completed and claim payment, as well as uploading a servicing sheet/record.
