Legionella Risk Assesment, Service Maintenance Repairs and Routine Monitoring Lot Lot 1a: Legionella Risk Assesment North & LCR TRG and OHG are seeking to appoint up to 7 contractors to deliver Legionella Risk Assessment and Service Maintenance Repairs and Routine Monitoring to TRG/OHG properties nationwide inline with the property lists provided with this tender. The estimated contract value is approximately ?190k p.a .for risk assessment circa ?950 over 5 years and ?580k p.a for the service maintenance repairs and routine monitoring circa ?2.9m over 5 years duration. This contract will be let for a duration of 3years plus 2x12months possible extensions, given a maximum term of 5years Lot 1b: Legionella Risk Assessment Midlands & South TRG and OHG are seeking to appoint up to 7 contractors to deliver Legionella Risk Assessment and Service Maintenance Repairs and Routine Monitoring to TRG/OHG properties nationwide inline with the property lists provided with this tender.
