Installation of Suspend Ceilings at Potternewton Heights Leeds

Tender description

To support Leeds Building Services in an ongoing refurbishment programme we are looking for a contractor to supply and fit a suspended ceilings at Potternewton Heights Leeds. Measurements will have to be completed on site by the contractor before submission, the expectation is that this will be a fixed price inclusive of all elements. The type of ceiling is to be SAS 130. See references below. • SAS System 130 15/16, perforated (pattern 1522 with a 10mm plain border), white (RAL 9010 20% gloss) ceiling tiles (600x600mm) with 16mmx80kg/m³ acoustic pads (black faced with a with reinforced foil back) in the back, laid into an SAS 15mm white lay in grid system • SAS TCA0108 20mm perimeter channel trim, to the ceiling edges Site inspections should be arrange via Jason Hulme - m: 07545 604057 t: 0113 3782388 e: jason.hulme@leeds.gov.uk
