Tender description

The Association wishes to put in place a 5 year painterwork contract to address our current 302 tenemental properties, subject at applicable closes to agreement with owner occupiers within the blocks. Any properties not completed in the year, subject to best endeavors, will form the first phase of works in the following year. Open Tendering Process. Tenderers are required to complete and return the SPD all pricing documents. The numbers of closes planned per annum are as follows: 2021-22 = 70 2022-23 = 74 2023-24 = 78 2024-25 = 40 2025-26 = 40 Any properties not completed in the year, subject to best endeavors, will form the first phase of works in the following year
