Tender description

WMRFCA are looking for expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake works to construct a two storey extension with further adaptation and alteration works in a property within the Shropshire area. We are looking for a single contractor to undertake the role of Principal Contractor for the works. Contractors will require a minimum of Construction Line Silver accreditation with SSIP and have experience of delivering adaptation works previously. Tenders will be managed and issued by professional consultants already engaged. All relevant information related to this tender provision can be found within the tender pack.
