Tender for the Provision for the Collection and Disposal of Dog Waste

Tender description

The Contract is for the collection and disposal of dog waste from dog waste bins across Monmouthshire County Council (MCC) geographical area. The bins currently (November 2021) number 300, but may increase or decrease over time in agreement with the Partners and Contractor. The bins are the property of the named partners, predominantly Town and Community Councils, but the contract for servicing the dog waste bins will be managed by MCC. The collection schedule is set out in Appendix 2. The collected material must be disposed or treated in line with the EPA 1990 Legislation and all other waste legislation directives.
