Tender description

This is an invitation to tender for the design, development and delivery of the Enterprise Plus Programme on behalf of Derry City and Strabane District Councils (DCSDC) Labour Market Partnership (LMP). The Enterprise Plus Programme is to be designed, developed and delivered to citizens of Derry City and Strabane District Council, providing intensive support for lower skilled potential entrepreneurs. This programme is to develop both entrepreneurial and personal skills; address structural and personal barriers; explore business ideas, leading to the development of business plans, testing of business ideas and establishing new businesses. With the purpose of the LMP being to enhance and add value to existing supports, tenderers are to ensure their methodology integrates with existing mainstream support and resources.
