T22-075BUS Provision of Services to develop Inward Investment marketing collateral for the North West City Region

Tender description

The awarding authority for this tender is Derry City and Strabane District Council. The key aim of this tender is to build on the work of the 3-year Inward Investment Strategy to allow the North West City region to position itself to match the needs of growing sectors and help ensure opportunities for increased attraction of companies, individuals, talent and innovation in the region. The main objectives are as follows: • To achieve standout in the highly competitive investment marketplace, by developing a range of marketing collateral that will support the promotion of the region by both Councils. • To develop key marketing collateral through consultation with key partners such as the IDA/Invest NI and other stakeholders in the region. • To ensure a review of existing collateral from both Councils, with any gaps identified and included within the completed collateral, following discussions with marketing and investment personnel in both Councils. • Develop collateral based on the underlying messages and associated proof points as evidenced in the Inward Investment Strategy. • Complete a review of past and ongoing marketing collateral developed to attract FDI to the NWCR and identify what needs to be done differently, including this in the final collateral. • Be cognisant of the rise of Remote Working and a Talent Anywhere recruitment strategy for many large companies and ensure the collateral can demonstrate how the region can support this. • Tailoring the sales messaging for the investment activities depending on the key market (UK, Ireland, USA and Europe) Please Refer to CfT Documents for further details.
