About Design Week Ireland 2022: Convened by Design & Crafts Council Ireland, Design Week Ireland 2022 will be a celebration of design in Ireland in all its forms. Running for 5 days, in November 2022, Design Week Ireland will take place from Monday 14 to Friday 18 November 2022 in a range of public and private spaces, bringing the Irish public on the journey to ask and answer the question, "why design matters". Through Design Week Ireland 2022, DCCI hopes to draw support from the major voices on Design in Ireland, focussing on the big questions that face us today and how design can help. DCCI's design cultural events and conferences will link in with those lead by the design community and design agencies across Ireland. A key aspect of this is public participation, social media engagement and media coverage. The objectives of this exciting programme will be to mobilise the design community, raise the profile of design with the public and demonstrate its impact on Ireland’s economy and the wider business community
