The Innovation Exchange is designed to enable both SMEs and large organisations to develop a full understanding of the innovation process from ideation through to procurement. It facilitates a structured and managed process to connect innovators and innovation seekers, nurturing collaboration that creates opportunities for business development and commercial success for both parties. Consultancy services are required across three Lots. A separate Lot is required for each Lot that you intend competing for. LOT 1: SME Acquisition Services LOT 2: Marketing Services LOT 3: Account Coaches/Mentors
