Brief Description of Requirement The procurement of the historical and current construction products data will aim to support some of the core objectives of OPSS (analyse, inform, monitor and evaluate) by; Making robust and evidence-based operational decisions: We will be better able to anticipate product trends, and hence devise evidence-based operational decisions. This is because by basing our projections of the future installed stock on live data, we expect that our teams will be able to make more informed decisions that by using estimates. Decision making could include strategies for market surveillance and prioritisation of products and/or sectors for advice and support to the industry to improve compliance as well as providing technical advice to the government. All attachments can be found with the Supplier Attachments tab within the Jaggaer eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
