Provision of a managed employee benefits / reward and recognition platform

Tender description

East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced provider of a managed employee benefits / reward and recognition platform and all employee benefits as described in Attachment 3 - Statement of Requirements of the Bid Pack. In general terms we require an online managed employee benefits / reward and recognition platform which is: 1) fully customisable to our needs, including an ability to adopt our own branding, vision and values. We see this as a central place where any of our employees can access all of their eligible benefits and staff experience related initiatives at anytime and from anywhere. 2) provides our employees with access to (including hosting) of employee benefits such as: peer to peer and reward recognition, cycle to work, childcare vouchers, green commute initiatives, employee assistance programmes, financial wellbeing, car leasing, employee discounts, lifestyle savings, and other more localised offerings.
