Provision and install of x2 Surface Hubs S2 85 inch model at the JRCC

Tender description

The MCA has x2 legacy Smart Boards set up in the technical training suites based in Fareham which need to be removed and replaced with the more up to date and versatile Surface Hub 2S 85 inch product. The Smart Boards once removed would be relocated to an agreed location withing the JRCC, disposal of these would be carried out under a separate MCA contract. These devices once up and running will assist the Technical Training Team deliver on their training commitments to the relevant business areas across the MCA. The surface hubs requirement includes a 3 years Microsoft Extended Hardware Service Plan. This opportunity was a Further Competition run under Crown Commercial Services RM6068 framework, open to all Lot 2 suppliers.
