Direct award via the NHS SBS Interpretation and Translation Services framework, Lot 6 (SBS/21/NL/ZWV/10127).<br/><br/>Contract term: Starting 1st July 2022. Three (3) years with the option extend by two (2) years for translation services across eight (8) North West London. Lot 1: Direct award via the NHS SBS Interpretation and Translation Services framework, Lot 6 (SBS/21/NL/ZWV/10127).<br/><br/>Contract term: Starting 1st July 2022. Three (3) years with the option extend by two (2) years for translation services across eight (8) North West London.<br/><br/>Lot 6 - One Stop Shop<br/>The Service Provider will arrange for the provision of a high quality and professional communication service which includes;<br/>-Telephone Interpretation;<br/>-Video Interpretation (Spoken & BSL);<br/>-Face to Face (spoken) interpretation (preference to encourage telephone or video interpretation in first<br/>instance. NHS NW London will monitor and review by exception requests by practices if face to face requests are<br/>exceptionally higher or lower than borough trends)<br/>-British Sign Language (BSL); and<br/>-Document Translation<br/><br/>Call off via Direct Award.
