Training Provider for NCO Academy Support Mentoring (Level 3 Learning Mentor Standard)

Tender description

The NCO Academy is intended to deliver an internationally recognised, reference Academy that coheres and delivers the Army’s and NCO’s development needs. To provide 30 - 35 places on a Mentoring Apprenticeship (including the TP contracted EPA) for NCO’s (LCpl (OR3) – Sgt (OR6)) apportioned across all Cap Badges within the Army. To deliver a successful blended learning solution which allows successful completion of the Mentoring Apprenticeship End Point Assessment (EPA) with the flexibility to manage the possibility of Operational deployments and other workplace commitments where necessary.
