Tender description

Contractors are invited to tender for the proposed construction of a pupil drop-off area and staff carparking; including all carpark / roadside lighting, upgrade of electrical infrastructure, extensive carpark drainage, fencing, landscaping & all associated ancillary works at Lissenhall National School, Lissenhall, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. Please note that all works are to be carried out in strict adherence with the Department of Education & Skills, Technical Guidance Documents. It should also be noted that given the nature of the work involved, it is paramount that the tendering contractor has the specialist resources available to carry out the works and meet the pertinent handover dates. Infection Control / COVID 19; the PSCS / Contractor shall prepare a H&S statement demonstrating measures that will be put in place to ensure that works can be carried out in accordance CIF Standard Operating Procedures as well as confirming measures to be taken to monitor these processes.
