National Framework Agreement for the Provision of Natural Gas

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust's Commercial Procurement Service is introducing a new commercial Framework Agreement for the provision of Natural Gas. The framework agreement will deliver gas to its customers from 1st April 2023 for a four year period, with possible extensions up to six years. Upon contract award, the framework agreement will be utilised with immediate effect to purchase gas in advance for the portfolio.
