Market Engagement Event - Provision of 16-24 Years’ Multiple Needs Service

Tender description

The Multiple Needs service for people aged 16-24 years was commissioned in 2017 to provide accommodation and support to the most marginalised individuals within this age bracket. These people typically present to the Council primarily for accommodation but also with additional multiple and complex needs, typically including substance misuse issues, poor mental health, offending, domestic violence and physical health issues/disabilities, and often ‘fall through the gaps’ of other services. The current service is due to expire 31st March 2023 and local research has provided recommendations to ensure the re-commissioned multiple needs service aligns to current need and demand. Commissioners wish to invite interested Providers to attend a briefing session regarding this re-procurement, where there will be an opportunity to ask questions and speak with commissioners and procurement staff.
