Providing a global single legal front door intake across the business providing a holistic E2E view on legal matters.​ Manual efforts and repeatable tasks would be significantly reduced bringing together UK, US & NGV legal teams, processes and information (legal documents). So that legal teams can focus on legal operations to create meaningful long-term value to National Grid.​ Procuring a new ELM platform should provide the legal team best of breed solution(s) to fulfil Business and IT requirements and address pain points currently experienced. Solution - Significant reduction in repeatable tasks.
