<p>The Council has a requirement for Geo-environmental site investigations and associated consultancy services, to provide information for the following Council activities: • To aid the implementation of the Council’s statutory duties under the Environmental Protection Act (EPA) 1990 Part 2A. • To inform the investigation, design and implementation of Council remediation work schemes. • To assess site ground conditions which will inform scheme design and cost viability for Council proposed housing, schools and highway development including the assessment of any contamination / mining remedial mitigation measures required. • To inform site conditions for the purchase, selling and leasing of Council land.</p> Keywords: Site Investigations, Geo-environmental
