Tender description
The EPA proposes to award a contract, through a competitive process, for the design and delivery of a progressive, innovative and inclusive Leadership Development Programme, customised for the Senior Management Team in the Office of Environmental Sustainability (OES) including; the Director, Programme Managers and Senior Managers (approximately 19 People). The Programme must address specific leadership challenges faced by the EPA particular to the Office (OES). The objective is to promote a progressive, innovative and inclusive leadership and management culture, enhance organisational performance, develop current and emerging leaders and enhancing the qualities and behaviours of leadership and management across the Office. The envisaged timeframe is 6 months commencing late April 2022.
